Elliott's Uniform Drive

Are you saying to yourself, "I need to organize and donate the kids' closets!"  Now will be a better time than ever because Elliott is in need of gently used uniforms.  All your child has to do is bring them to school and give them to me or the school nurse.

If students bring one item to donate, they will get a free dress day (Elliott shirt and jeans) for Monday, Dec 12

If they bring more than one item to donate, they will be entered in a drawing for an after-school party on Monday Dec 12.

What a wonderful way to demonstrate support and consideration for others by giving.

Fall Into Learning!

What's the Buzz?
The wind is blowing, and the leaves are changing!  In addition, our 4th graders are progressing as the days roll on.  We are furthering our learning by exploring electrical energy, relating multiplication to division, and publishing our biographies.  I can't wait until we share our discoveries with you.  Stay tune to our class blog because it will soon be accented with photos and videos of our classroom happenings.

Special Invitation
On Sunday, November 13 at the the YMCA of Irving, some of Elliott's finest will be participating in the "Reading Jam".  Please join us at 3:00 pm as we share our love for reading.  You can participate even more by donating one of your favorite books.  I can't wait to fall into my favorite book!
